Is my PB&J TV service changing?

Everything stays the same for now: same platform, same features, same support team. We’ll keep you updated if anything changes.

What company am I a customer of now?

PB&J is now part of WatchMeGrow. That means you’re officially a WatchMeGrow customer—but your PB&J platform and team stay in place for the time being.

Do I need to log in somewhere new or learn a new system?

Keep using PB&J TV as you have always been, the platform will continue being supported. Future changes will be communicated clearly and rolled out with care. And, your support experience stays the same. You’ll still work with the PB&J team you know and love.

Will this affect my upcoming install/project/support ticket?

Not at all. Everything in progress continues as planned. We’ll reach out directly if anything changes.
 

Will I have to switch platforms?

Not yet. You’ll continue to use the PB&J system you know and love. In the future, we’ll introduce a combined platform that brings together the best of both systems, with plenty of notice and support.

Will my hardware change?

No changes are being made to your hardware setup. We’ll continue to support your current configuration.

Can I access WatchMeGrow’s tools now?

Not yet. For now, we’re keeping both platforms as-is. When new tools or features become available to you, we’ll be sure to let you know.

Not at all. This strengthens the direction we’ve been heading: smarter video, white-glove service, and more innovation to support your business.

Will the name WatchMeGrow stay the same?

Yes! WatchMeGrow remains our platform and brand.

What if I’m also familiar with PB&J, can I use their tools too?

Right now, both platforms are staying as-is and are independent of each other. Over time, we’ll bring the best of both platforms together for everyone’s benefit. We’ll keep you posted on what is happening and when, with plenty of communication and support.
