The Big Picture

Improving the Childcare Experience with the Power of Streaming Video

Children’s Lighthouse Converts to WatchMeGrow

Owners Stefani and Steve Kulawik started their first Children’s Lighthouse school in 2007. Since then, they’ve opened three locations in Texas and loved every moment of it.

Stefani’s 20 plus years of experience working with children taught her many things: one of which is how impactful a parent’s enthusiasm and support is to their child’s success at school.

Using a streaming video service to help facilitate that connectivity with parents was an easy decision. Switching to WatchMeGrow has proven to be one of their best investments. The owners used another streaming video company, and upon converting their equipment and service to WatchMeGrow, enjoyed faster video, mobile apps, and outstanding customer support directly to their staff and families. The other services didn’t provide these services. Steve and Stefani instantly saw the benefits to their business.

“Our former vendor’s service was always down and altogether unsatisfactory,” Steve says. “Since switching to WatchMeGrow, it has been completely smooth sailing.”

Parents at Children’s Lighthouse can now view their children from anywhere, without worrying about technical or security issues. They focus on being there to see the important moments, and talking with their children about them at the dinner table. And Steve and Stefani can focus on growing their business.
